My Life Facilitator is a life administration concierge platform that helps users:

• Dispute overcharges on bills and medical expenses
• Identify and cancel unwanted or forgotten subscriptions
• Track and manage government forms and paperwork
• Monitor recurring charges and subscriptions
• Manage hold calls and customer service interactions

We act as a facilitator and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results may vary depending on the service providers involved.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using My Life Facilitator, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are using the service for lawful purposes only
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keeping your contact and billing information up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

My Life Facilitator offers subscription plans ranging from $50–$150/month.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds: We offer a pro-rated refund within 7 days of the initial subscription if you are not satisfied
• Price changes: We will notify you 30 days in advance of any price changes
• Payment processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service

When you upload documents or files to our platform:

• You retain ownership of all documents you upload
• You grant us a limited license to process your documents to provide the service
• You confirm you have the right to share any documents you upload
• We will not share your documents with third parties except as needed to deliver the service
• Uploaded documents are encrypted and securely stored

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of specific outcomes (e.g., successful bill disputes)
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

We make no guarantee that disputes will be resolved in your favor or that savings will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Life Facilitator shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Life Facilitator and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:

• By you: Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice

Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, waiving the right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
