You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.

How do bill disputes work?

Upload your bill and describe the issue. Our platform will generate a dispute letter and track the status. Results typically take 2–6 weeks depending on the provider.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and never sell your personal information.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a pro-rated refund within 7 days of your initial subscription if you're not satisfied. Contact support@mylifefacilitator.com to request one.
